  1. Passport size photograph of all the Directors of the Company signing the application.

  2. Scanned copy of PAN card of the Company (Non-Self Attested)

  3. Id proof of all the Directors of the Company(Non-Self Attested)

  4. Address proof of all the Directors of the Company (Non-Self Attested)

  5. Address proof of the Entity (anyone like Rent Agreement, Rent Receipt, Electricity bill (latest not older than two months)

  6. Canceled cheque having the name of the company and Account number.

  7. One Phone Number and Email id for otp and registration purpose

  8. Payment of Rs. 500 for IEC Application online through Net Banking.

What is the Process for Obtaining IEC Code in India ?

Step: 1 Once the Document Received from the client then we have to create an online account for IEC Application in DGFT.

Step: 2 After Creation of Account account will be verified by email OTP and phone number otp. Step: 3 Once the Account get verified then we have to upload all the documents online and submit the details of the applicant. Step: 4 After uploading of Documents a payment of Govt fees of Rs. 500 needs to be pay online. Step: 5 Once the payment get verified in the Application then we have to submit the application with dept. Step: 6 Once the dept approve the application IEC Certificate will receive on the registered email id.

How much time would it take to execute the assignment ?

Normally IEC number is issued within a couple of days, if all documents are in order.However , you can expect IEC number by post within 10 days by email.
