Prior to this In Companies Act there was a Requirement of Minimum share capital of Rs 1,00,000. Now There is No such  Minimum Capital requirement needed to incorporate a company in India as per the Companies(Amendment) Act,2015. However we always suggest Companies to have Paid up capital of Rs 1,00,000 for Smooth Functioning of Business.  The amount Can be introduced as per the Convenience of the business owner. The Shareholder/Promoter have to deposit only that amount from there Personal Account of which they Purchase shares in the Company.
