Ans- The rate of TDS on Salary is on the basis of Slab Rate which is applicable for that Assessment Year divided by 12 months. TDS on Salary is deducted on monthly basis and the TDS Return on Salary is filed every quarter.
The Slab Rate for AY 19-20 is as follows-
